At Simply Good Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if your equipment or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that for quality control and safety reasons, all coffee bean sales are final.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
